Reports said that Getafe president Angel Torres met with Real's director general Jorge Valdano on Friday in the Estadio Bernabeu, and agreed on a 10 million euro (12.54 million dollars) transfer fee for the Spanish Under-21 international. So far, neither of the clubs have made an official announcement about the deal. Leon, 23, is a tall and powerful inside-right with an eye for goals. Last season he scored nine goals for Getafe and helped them finish a club best sixth for a place in the Europa League. Last week Real announced the signing of Argentine left-winger Angel Di Maria from Portuguese champions Benfica for 25 million euros.
